By accessing or using our website at www.satordle.com and the games on it (together, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Satordle. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Using the Service

You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, free of charge. No account or payment is required. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Service for that purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Service or bulk-download puzzles.
• Attempt to break, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its servers.

• Republish our puzzles or content as your own, or resell access to them.

The Service, including its design, layout, text, graphics, user interface and original puzzle content, is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and belongs to us or our licensors.

Words and definitions are drawn from publicly available English word lists. Product names, brands and trademarks referred to on the Service remain the property of their respective owners; their use here is for identification and description only and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those owners.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, please send us a notice containing:
